Aloha Properties was established in 1989. In naming the company, we wanted to reflect the Aloha Spirit of Hawaii and embrace the qualities of that spirit, especially in the way we treat our clients. We have always placed the interest of our clients first and in 2001, Aloha Properties received an award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction.

Our agents come from all over the world and speak a variety of languages including: Japanese, Chinese, and Portuguese. Each of our agents will provide you with quality service and each places their client’s interests first.
Our company also maintains a full service Property Management Department. Our property management department was developed to provide our clients with a dependable and honest company in which to place their investment properties with confidence. We currently manage residential homes, condominiums, small apartment buildings, and vacation homes for our clients.
