Selling Property in Hawaii

6 easy steps to selling property in Hawaii

Step 1    Viewing
First, have us view the property. We will then search comparable sold and active property, so we can establish a value for your property, based on actual sales of similar property.

Step 2    Contract
Once the projected sale price is established, a Listing contract will be prepared for your signature.

Step 3    Marketing
We will photograph your home and then prepare, flyers and advertising pieces, describing your home in detail and begin distribution to Buyers and Agents. We will also place the listing in The Real Estate Book, on the MLS and many other websites, for maximum exposure.

Step 4   Open House
We will schedule Broker and Public Open houses, so that Agents and prospective Buyers can view the property.

Step 5   Offers
Once an offer is presented by a buyer, we will scrutinize it, to make sure there are no unfavorable terms in the offer and that all Federal and State laws have been met. We will then make suggestions for a possible counter offer, to protect your interests.

Step 6   Escrow
Once an offer has been accepted by both parties, we will open escrow and monitor the process, making sure the sale proceeds to a timely closing.

The whole process is to make sure that our clients receive the highest possible price for their property, have their interests protected and that the Buyers proceed per the terms of the contract.

At Aloha Properties, our clients needs always comes first.
